This is a great question. My father ran a business doing media transfers for the last 20+ years. I grew up around it, it put food on our table, and I learned everything I could from him. When I moved to the White Mountains, he encouraged me to start my own business. I have the passion and the knowledge to get the job done right. Unlike to a large retail chain, you're not a number. I'll treat you like family, because your business helps to take care of mine. 

If you have old equipment such as; camcorders, VCRs, or cassette players that you are willing to part with, we will give you $15.00 off your order if the player is working and $5.00 if it is not. However, whether or not we will take a specific piece of equipment is subject to our discretion.

An estimate may be given when the project is received, but the short answer is that it depends on the current number of projects being worked on and the size of your project. For holidays like Mother's Day and Christmas get your order in EARLY!

YES! You will get your tapes, films, photos, etc. back when the project is completed! However, if there is something you don't want back, please let us know! We are able to use these for training purposes.

I have a degree in Family History Research from Brigham Young University Idaho. I am finishing up a degree in History (Anthropology Minor) from Idaho State University and have been accepted into graduate-level History and Anthropology Programs. I've worked as a freelance genealogist for the last several years and participated in many projects. I've taken coursework in transcription and am willing to provide examples of my work upon request.

Time is the enemy of old media formats. We handle everything with the greatest care and can take extra precautions to ensure that we are able to save as much of your precious memories as we can. We are able to repair some minor damage. Please call for more information!

No. We do not transfer any adult or pornographic media. If we come across this, it will not be transferred and will be returned to you.

Not at this time. We are currently a small business located in Taylor, Arizona. If we have enough demand, and it is financially feasible, we hope to be able to open a storefront location.
